CHAPTER -1 TRADING 🖤✨

INTRODUCTION : 

                               Hey everyone out there in this beautiful world . It's me "Nyx" , an youth  who wants to share his skills and knowledge , is here to share my knowledge about Trading ,Stocks and other fundamental methods of investing . I could sense that everyone in this modern world  are in the trend to earn money quickly as well as wisely without taking major risk and retire early to enjoy their life and it's not wrong to have an idea like that , Even i am a person like you all . So without any further delay . Lets get into the process.      

     

So , You could think about what are the different methods of investing and growing your wealth for your future. The simple ways which I would recommend for you is : 

           1) Stock Market - Equity

           2) Trading 

           3) Mutual Funds and Index Funds 

           4)Cryptocurrency

        So , Basically these are the simple ways that you can use to grow your money wisely and I will be giving you free notes from referring 30+ YouTube channels and Various Books spending more than 100 hours into it. I thought I could share my knowledge in this platform and help many who could not afford more time and gain valuable resources. I shall provide you all with my valuable knowledge that I had gained from this research ✨. I want to help my community people to be in that top 1%. 

      The first topic that I will be teaching you is Trading and its various branches . The further chapters contain the total content that I could provide you with .Starting with:

   1) What is Trading ?

             

    Fundamentally, Trading is nothing but buying and selling things . There is always a buyer and seller of the goods. As a trader we try and make profit of any buying and selling we do. 

Now I shall provide you with the main points of Trading. These include :

      

         I) It is a short time process as the time period ranging from " 5 minutes - 1 month "

As a trader we try to make profit in a short time and we could face losses too , If anyone without the knowledge about trading just goes to trading hearing that if we put our money here and we could make profit. It is a foolish decision that without proper basics and strategies no one could ever be successful in Trading. Don't worry about that part. I am here for that part to strengthen your basics and you could learn more by yourself 🖤✨.

       II) See in trading we don't need to analyse and look for the company . We can just trade in any companies as there are no specific companies like we should trade here and not here. For Trading the most important concept is that Just look at the "Momentum of any charts using the technical analysis". 

     III) Here the main concept is "Buy and Sell" at the right time. We Just wait for the right moment and "Buy at the lowest price the market falls and sell at the highest point possible to make higher profits". By this method , when you combine the indicators (which will be discussed later ) with the Technical analysis , you could make high profits..

     IV) In this method of trading , The person who is trading that is "Trader" should be "More Active" as he waits for the right moment explained above. It is to be noted that the trader should be more active than in the case of investing.

      V) As the profit is higher here comparing to the case of investment, "The Higher the risk you take , the more the profit you make" . So , Before trading make sure you had cleared the below checkbox which is the main criteria for trading : 

             

     1)Emergency Fund - 6 months . In case of any losses you face this amount will be your backup.

     2)Term Insurance 

     3)Health Insurance

     4)No loans in your name - As this might affect your concentration in your trading .

 

      VI) The best plan before trading is that you should be doing is : 

   

You start your research and studying about it for a minimum of "4 months" for basics , Practice it in a demo account for a period of  "6 months" and whenever you feel confident you start your trading journey ❤️.

     2) What are the types of Trading ?

       Actually , There are mainly classified into two types of traders. They are : 

   

      I) Professional Traders whose use Technical Analysis.

     

     II) Retail Traders who depend much on the Indicators.

  

Let me provide you with some pictures for the indicators : 

                             Indicator - Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) .

This is one the most popular indicators and mostly used by the people for predicting the trend of the future market. Nowadays, Many advanced indicators had been used by the people we will be seeing it soon .

      3)What are the advantages of Trading ?

       1) No Overnight Risk - If the company had been closed , in the case of trading you no need to worry about the risk of losing your capital as you are trading for a short span of time.

     

       2) High Risk High Returns - In case of trading , The risk is very high when compared to that of the investment as you are spending a short span of time for trading and Therefore for High Returns you need to take High Risk. 

         3) You will get more opportunities when compared to the Stocks as you can say that we can invest in the top money making companies for your profit in investing but as in the case of trading you can make money in any companies your options will be increased from limited to More than the stock market limits .

     We could hear names like swing trading , Option trading , Intraday trading , etc which will be discussed later. Now , That's it for today . I will be teaching you what is Price action trading it's basics , Advantages and Disadvantages etc...
